Be Free Events terms and conditions of business.

These terms and conditions are accurate as at 23rd February 2018.

Terms and Conditions – These terms and conditions form part of the agreement between you and Be Free Events Pty Ltd (BFE).

Seminar Dates – BFE reserves the right to change the dates of it’s seminars and programs at any time.  BFE will give a minimum of 30 days notice of any change of dates.

Sales and Refund Policy – Refunds are available by request within 7 days from the completion of an event.  If you fail to attend a function, seminar or program for which you have purchased a ticket and not given any notice, funds are forfeit.

Subscriptions – The monthly subscription option for the ‘OMG’ program is cancellable at any time with no exit fee.  If payment is declined during your subscription period and not resolved within 30 days, this will be considered a cancellation of the program. Monthly subscriptions are automatically debited from your nominated Credit Card on a monthly cycle.  Cancellation notice must be sent to contact@amirzoghi.com a minimum of 48 hours prior to next monthly charge.  Any cancellation with less than 48 hours to next charge date can not be guaranteed.

Changes to seminar – BFE reserves the right to change the speakers of any seminar that you are enrolled in. BFE reserves the right to change venue location at any time.

Intellectual Property – You agree not to record the seminar in any form. You further acknowledge that you may not use the content or material of the seminar without prior permission of BFE. All material related to the seminar, whether presented before, during or after the seminar, is copyright and subject to intellectual property legislation. The online component of this program is not to be shared electronically or by any other means. OMG sessions are recorded and by attending you acknowledge these recordings will be used for the OMG online program and in any other way we choose and that you waive any and all rights to any part you may appear or be heard in the video/audio recordings.

Liability Responsibility – BFE and it’s representatives work on the basis that you are fully responsible for your own life and decisions. BFE and it’s representatives will offer suggestions, options, and coaching. BFE and it’s representatives make no representation, or warranty to you that any of the coaching methods, sessions, or activities will work for your particular circumstances and in no way guarantee any results.

Agreement not to Hold Liable & Indemnity – You acknowledge that the Coaching Sessions may be personally, emotionally, and physically challenging and that there may be occasions on which you will feel such challenges including, but not limited to frustration, annoyance, and stress. You agree to cancel any Session in the event that you are not well enough to continue. You will not hold BFE and it’s representatives liable for any loss or cost incurred by you (or any person related to or associated with you, including but not limited to your customers) in the event of mental, physical, financial, emotional stress, or distress (or other ailment or condition) caused either directly or indirectly in relation to the Coaching Sessions. You shall indemnify BFE and itis representatives in the event of any such claim, including but not limited to any claims made against BFE and it’s representatives by any person related to or associated with you, including but not limited to your customers. Anything said by BFE and it’s representatives, verbally or in writing, shall not be constituted to be advice of any kind, including, but not limited to, medical, psychological, legal, financial, counseling, business, or actuarial advice. You agree that I shall not be liable to You in any way, and You shall indemnify and save BFE and itis representatives harmless for any and all losses or costs incurred by You or any other person, including but not limited to your customers, for any action or inaction taken by You or anyone else as a result of the Coaching Sessions or any other conversations You and BFE and it’s representatives have, whether by meeting, email, telephone, or otherwise. You represent and warrant that you do not have a history of mental illness. Further, you represent and warrant that you are not currently undergoing therapy of any kind, or that if you are, you have obtained the express permission of your therapist to engage in this coaching arrangement. If you cannot make these representations and warranties, you have an obligation to inform BFE of any such history, or any past therapy sessions, so we can discuss if coaching is appropriate for your circumstances. If you begin therapy during our coaching, you agree to immediately obtain the express permission in writing by your therapist to continue being coached, (a copy will need of this letter will need to be on our file) or you will cancel all future coaching sessions. BFE and itis representatives reserve the right to terminate any sessions immediately, and without prior notice, if is believed therapy would be more appropriate for your situation than coaching.
