Coaching & Mentoring Agreement

Responsibility

Your Coach or Mentor will do everything possible to support you in achieving your own results and desired outcomes with Amir Zoghi Programs. You are responsible for the cause of all change in your life.

Your Coach or Mentor will work with you to identify solutions and offer suggestions, options and advice based on their own personal experience & training.

You accept full responsibility for all decisions and courses of action.

Coaching Relationship

Throughout the working relationship, the coach or mentor will engage in direct and personal conversations in a group or one-on-one setting. The client can count on the coach to be honest and straightforward in asking questions and making requests. 

Terms of Coaching

The Coaching or Mentoring Programs are created and sold as whole packages and cannot be altered or partially completed in any way.

Suspending or Cancelling Membership in Programs

Is not possible after your initial payment or your program is in progress.

Payment Plans

Payment or Installment plans are offered on the full price of the programs but cannot be cancelled, even if you decide to not participate in the program.

Disclaimer

You as Client, by agreeing to this Coaching Agreement, acknowledge that the Coach or Mentor is not a licensed health, medical or legal professional.

Professional coaching or mentoring is distinctly different from counseling, psychotherapy or psychoanalysis and does not deal with the diagnosis or treatment of emotional problems. Since professional coaching or mentoring does not constitute medical consultation or treatment, health insurance does not apply.

You understand that your Coach or Mentor will protect your information as confidential unless stated otherwise in writing or if required by law.

You understand that the use of technology is not always secure and You, as Client, accept the risks of confidentiality in the use of email, text, phone, Skype and other technology.

Agreement

By entering into a Coaching & Mentoring Agreement either through signing a Coaching Agreement Form, checking the box on an Order Form or paying any amount to Amir Zoghi, Be Free Events Pty Ltd, you agree to the terms and conditions as set out above.
